VMware ESXI Host it encounted an Error and all virtual machines crashed

Have 2 Esxi Host>

ESXI Host: Esxi5.1 

one of Esxi Host encounted an Error ,it'sSimilar to the windows blue screen

please avoid using vNIC adapter type e1000 with your VMs. Instead use VMXNET3.

but My virtual Machines are using e1000 adapter, so I'm not sure the root cause

The root cause is a known bug with E1000e virtual adapter at ESXi version that you're using.
