Got an issue were we have an old vCentre with VMware Data Recovery as the back up solution.
The VMware Data Recovery appliance has stopped backing up with the following error on all backup jobs.
"Trouble writing to destination, error -1001 (unexpected operating system error)".
I've googled this error but does not show for this specific error online.
What I have noticed is a volume \dev\sda3 is showing as 100% used, I believe this is the volume where the Appliance is on, as its a 5Gb volume.
The /tmp folder alone is consuming 2.5Gb, there is a file in there called "core.3215" which is 2.3Gb.
Has anyone come across this issue before.
