VMWARE TOOLS UPGRADE/INSTALLATION FAILED - V6.7

After upgrading vmware vCenter and Esxi to 6.7 from 6.5 , I'm not able to upgrade/install the vmware tools to some of my servers. It giving error when installing drivers. Server OS is Windows 2012 server R2. As in error if we skip it will stop in another driver and rolls back.

I recommend desinstall the AV temporarily.

Only disabled AV can to stay some process start.

As per your advice I have removed trend micro office scan agent and vulnerable protection agent(vps) .After restart login as local admin .then install vmware tools . it works.

It caused antivirus. once removed them vmware tolls installed charmley. Thanks for support.
