refresh the UI by pressing F5 or try to see vm power state using esx? if it shows power on then try to power it off if it still fails then kill vmx process.

Thanks,

This could also be a communication issue with the host, which you may be able to resolve with restarting the Management Agents on the ESXi host.

How many times that you tried power-off action?

Some times multiple attempts will get queued and can result such errors.

You can power-off guest from ESXi console - may be forceful (if required)

I remember everytime shutdown this vm with same problem. Since it's domain controller, I can't try this moment.

OS is shuted down, just status show running in vSphere client.

Hi,

Does this issue occur only on one VM (DC)? has your Vcenter have many VMs in it?
