VM guest sleep

Hi,

We have vCenter 5.5 and I am installing Windows Server 2012 R2 guests and we have an issue:

After installing the Windows into the VM and installing VMware tools, it changes the power plan into the guest power setting to get into the sleep in 16 hours and the worse is that I can not change that power settings and its grayed out.

I attached the screen shot.

Thanks

Is the VM part of a domain?  Looks like a GPO is pushing the policy.

Also, make sure you are logged in as admin admin of the machine.

Try run rsop.msc in your Windows Server and check if there are any configuration for computer Power Management.
