VM disappears from Esxi deployed from vcenter

Need help in understanding this issue that i am observing , 

Trying to deploy VM on Esxi host through vcenter , VM dissapears after 30 mins from Esxi. 

[root@localhost:~] vmware -l
VMware ESXi 7.0 Update 3
[root@localhost:~]

Need some help on how to troubleshoot this issue.

When you say "Trying to deploy VM", is the vm deployment was successfull or did it fail?

Do you have more then 1 Host in the Cluster. Maybe DRS is moving the VM

Please check logs in vCentre if logs are there for VM . it may help you. Please check datastore if files are there.

1.  check tasks and event logs  in vc 

2. check logs in ESXi host if some one logged via root access and someone may work on it. 

e,g. Open the /var/log/shell.log file in a text viewer.  if some one works at ESXi level.
