can anyone help please.
I just noticed that one of my VMs was using over 100% of CPU that i allocate to it.
The VM is using 117.5 % of CPU. Where did she get the 17.5 %
does anyone please knows why ? Is it overcommittement of CPU ?
the most important question : how much of CPU can the VM get for the most if it can go over 100%.
