So we've all seen the agent unreachable VM(s). Usually a restart 'solves' the issue until the next one.
I guess my question is what logs should I look at to diagnose this? What verbiage in the logs do I search for? I've done the KB articles and well, they just don't work for the regular person (at least for me).
Is there a certain log to look at? Be it connection server, agent on the VM, stone tablet at VMware headquarters, anything?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can always send in tickets but I figure maybe the community has some insight on this and I hate wasting a tech's time if it's something I can suss out on my own.
