VDP issue .can't open vdp server webpage ,

Today ,MY datastore was disconnect, I check it ,reconnect to it . then I power on my VDP server,

Now, It's running , I login vcenter web client and connect the vdp server ,but can't connect VDP appliance.

and would you like to directed to vdp configuration screen to troubleshoot the issue ?  then I click ok.

but I can't open the URL  and I Open https://XXXX:8543/vdp-configure , it's the same error: Unable to connect.

Could you do a ssh session to your vdp server?

Here will you find the vdp server logfiles

/space/avamar/var/vdr/server_logs/

I'm sorry that I'm not good at command line, I login via ssh ,but How to do it next step .Thanks a lot !

Hi,

change the directory to /space/avamar/var/vdr/server_logs/

with ls or ll your could see what files are in that folder

with cat "filename" you coud look "inside" the file.

Maybe there you will find more information about the issue you have.
