I'm new in the community. I have a problem in my environment. Use the vCenter Heartbeat 6.6 solution.
The vCenter Primary functions normally, however, when the secondary vCenter takes. the services do not start.
* The service "vCenter Server" is "Starting"
* The database services start normally.
* The database is normal in the ODBC 64
* Windows Server 2012 with SQL Server
