VCenter Converter Standalone 'network Error'

Trying to migrate some virtual machines from ESXi 3.5 to ESXi 6.0 using vCenter Converter Standalone

Gets to about 5-6% before failing stating "FAILED: An error occurred during the conversion:
'The operation experienced a network error'"

I don't know what the issue is...
