VCenter 5.5 to 6.0 - Database Issue

i am trying to upgrade vcenter from 5.5 to 6.0. The existing vcenter 5.5 are running on the MS SQL 2008 Enterprise which is co-located in the same vcenter VM.

I am getting the error: see the snapshot. Any Idea??
