VCSA6.8.7 installation(lin64/vcsa-deploy.bin): failed configure network, could not proceed to the second stage

Install VCSA (ESX 6.7u1 8904982, 6.8.713332857) using command line 

vcsa-cli-installer/lin64/vcsa-deploy.bin install --accept-eula --no-ssl-certificate-verification --acknowledge-ceip /dbc/sc-dbc1213/hjimin/viva70platform/vcsa/vcsa_installer.json 

failed with error message "Failed configure network", and could not proceed to the next stage.

Same command, installer.json works well on VCSA6.7 installation.

Anybody share experience fixing this ?

The command line could not proceed to stage2

Install - Stage 2: Set Up vCenter Server Appliance with an Embedded Platform Services Controller

while same configuration (Network configuration, ESX, VCSA builds), installing manually, go smoothly
