VCSA /dev/log_vg/log

Can anyone tell me about the significance of this location  /dev/log_vg/log?

It is always corrupt after a power outage.  I know that file system issues are fairly common after power outages but this one is pretty sever.  always this vcsa and always /dev/log_vg/log.  So I am curious what this file system is for.  Just vcsa logs?

Thank You

Yep, /dev/log_vg/log is the logical volume corresponding to the mount point /storage/log holding the log files.
