VCSA HA Mode Setup Fails

Ever since my VCSA appliance crashed from hard drive failure  I am unable to rebuild the HA environment.

I had the passive and Witness nodes built but they where not active

So I removed the HA

I added a new Network on my ESXI Hosts for the HA enviroenment. 

VM Network HA   on a separate subnet than the other VM Networks  totally isolated now.

When I go thru the steps to deploy HA I get this error

Any ideas this is very frustrating that this simple operation is some troublesome.

Never Mind I found the error

Was bad subnets.

Now building.
