Hello,
I have vCenter 6.0 build 3634794 deployed. Can someone help me with logging into the VCSA GUI ?
Also how to install VUM on linux based VCSA
Port 5480 is the VAMI. Else on 443. With vCenter 6.0 you must use a separate Windows server to install VUM.
daphnissov I think the first release of 6.0 dint have VAMI included. Which is the best approach to upgrade the vCenter to a later release version of 6.0 that comes with VAMI?
You will have to download the patch from:
https://my.vmware.com/group/vmware/patch
and update to latest patch using software-packages utility.

Before you proceed take a snapshot of vcsa and make sure the root password is not expired. (chage -l root)
Vijay2027 Thank you. Appreciate it
Procedure
In a Web browser, go to the vCenter Server Appliance Management Interface, https://appliance-IP-address-or-FQDN:5480. Log in as root.
The default root password is the password you set while deploying the vCenter Server Appliance.
