VCSA 7.0.2 Unable to Edit VM Settings with Serial Port URI

After updating VCSA from 7.0.1.00300 to 7.0.2.00000, I am no longer able to edit the settings of any VMs with serial ports that use network with server port URI. This is working in VCSA 7.0.1.00300 and also ESXi UI.

Let me know what additional info needed to file a bug report.
