VCSA 6.7U1 After HA isolation and destroyed HA eth0 is up but all services are stopped and won't to start

Hello,

need help on this problem where all services won't start at the reboot of the appliance.

History:

After an isolation of the VCSA HA Cluster, i have deleted all VCSA passive and witness VM.

i destroy vcha cluster (vcha-destroy -f) and re-up the eth0 with his DNS but .... after reboot :
