Don't think you can get rid of the flash version yet for the client.
I cannot export system logs through the gui in the HTML5 interface. I can click on actions, export system logs, the pop up window allow me to select the hosts and/or vcter server and client logs, but when I click on next nothing happens.
I am using chorme, windows 10.

You have multiple ways to do this and am sure you can get rid of flash due to the buggy nature of it.. html5 is pretty fast...

The method i did mention, i remembered because support would direct me to generate the logs in that fashion. The other methods you mentioned, are they really the same bundle? Because the selection of what to export are different between the methods.
they are same in all the ways.. Give it a shot and if support says to collect the logs only in that fashion.. Give me the support request number in private message
No worries, when i do a support log export the next time, i'll try the alternative and see what happens.
It would make sense to fix that method i tried in html5 or get rid of from the gui. Seems sloppy to leave it there in that current state.
