Trying to update VCSA from 5.5.0 3a to 3b but fails with "Failed to install updates(Error while running pre-install scripts)"
Logs show certificate errors and was provided a couple KBs to resolve the issue by tech support. Running the commands complete without error but the certificates arent renewing.. they have the same timestamp.
Further instruction form support is, "Its an appliance, not much we can do". Ive escalated to management but was wondering if anyone here has seen or ideas on how to resolve this?
