V2V is very very Slow

Hi, we start V2V migration, some of VMs migrate so fast & some move so slow why??

how we could resolve this one ??

note: the SSL is disable (fales).

Are you using VMware Converter or cloning in vCenter?

What more can you tell us about the hosts and storage?

I'm using Converter V2V, I used version 5.0 & 5.5 just to see, but the same.

some VMs are store locally, some of them on SAN, but when I select destination I always put them in SAN

Are they going to same lun on the SAN.
