Using ELM between embedded PSC and external PSC

Hello,

I have poured over countless documents and articles about the new embedded ELM in 6.5 U2 and 6.7 but I have not been able to determine if ELM is supported between an embedded PSC deployment and an external PSC deployment. 

I have a vCenter 6.5 U2 deployment with an external PSC and another vCenter deployment with an embedded PSC (will be upgraded to 6.5 U2 shortly). I know I can currently migrate the embedded PSC to an external one but I want to hold out on doing that for now, if I can.

Actually the answer is pretty easy, because this topology is not supported, especially disreagrding the versions.

As far as i know there has been no change in the supported posibilities

Nevertheless the Connection between the both psc does work sometimes.
