Is anyone else noticing issues uploading files over 2GB to a vCenter datastore via Chrome on a Windows 10 PC?

I know the certificates of the vCenter and hosts are trusted, and file uploads of <2GB work without issue.
Support technician told me it was an OS problem (probably true as I then tried from 2012 R2 server and the same file was ok), but that VMware couldn't advise what the issue was and not something they were likely to investigate.
Frustrating, as nothing else I am using on a day to day basis is affected in the same way, only vCenter uploads.
I would expect VMware to investigate so they can at least raise a KB article about it for those in the same position as I.
