Upgrading vcsa 6.0u3 to vcsa 6.5u1, Getting Pre-upgrade check result error

I am getting the following error: Insufficient space on the appliance partition to accommodate all the data upgrade data option 'core'. It is suggesting the following:-- Select an upgrade data option that requires less space than option 'core' -- Increase the size of the insufficient partitions. -- Delete the appliance VM and re-deploy with a larger deployment. I have tried re-deploying with the largest option for storage and still get the message.

I have tried to redeploy the 6.5 appliance with the largest storage option and am still getting the same error.  I have put in a support request with VMware support but I wanted to see if anyone has seen this when performing an upgrade.

Have you tried increasing the disk space on the source vCSA? Something like this -> Upgrading to vCenter Server Appliance 6.0 errors after selecting the source vCenter Server Appliance...
