Upgrading VCA HA cluster from 6.5 to 6.5 U1

Is there a process for upgrading a 6.5 HA cluster to 6.5 U1.  Upgrading a standalone appliance is easy, but I can't find any documentation showing the process to upgrade a HA cluster.

Do I just upgrade the primary node and it pushes the update to the rest of the cluster?  Do I have to upgrade each box separately, and if so, in what order?

Mount the patch ISO to all the VCSA vms, enter HA maintenance mode, patch witness first, remove the ISO from it. patch passive vm, initiate failover from primary to passive, now patch primary vm.

You can optionally failback to primary. Remove nodes from maintenance mode

Please take a look at "Patch a vCenter High Availability Environment" in https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/6.5/vsphere-esxi-vcenter-server-65-upgrade-guide.pdf for detailed instructions.
