Upgrading HBA firmware on ESXi hosts

We are looking at upgrading our firmware to the latest version on our Emulux HBAs on our ESXi server, has anyone done this?

HBA - Emulex / LPE12000

ESXi - 5.5 update 1c

What is the best process in doing this? could you provide step by step instructions.

Thanks Mustafa, I've managed to upgrade the drivers for the cards, its the firmware which I'm struggling with, I cannot see anything in here for firmware, any ideas?

Looks like I will need to install 'On Command' to do this.
