Upgrade from VCSA 6.5 to 6.7 chrome issue

Hello,

I just upgraded from VCSA 6.5 to 6.7 and when opening up the HTML5 web client, the icons are all messed up. I have cleared out the history and the cache and that still has not helped. I do not have this issue with IE or Edge, only chrome. Any one have any ideas on how to fix this? (see screenshot)

Clear cookies and cache for this site. To confirm, open Chrome in Incognito mode. If it displays fine you didn't get all the left-over pieces.
