Upgrade VMs guest os automatically

Hello All,

Am wondering if there is a solution that provide automation in updating guest OS and Apps using patches. (I mean like right click in vCenter & update guest OS so all other selected VMs will upgrade their OS automatically ) is there something like this ?

That would be a horrible idea and I don't think you realize how much complexity there is to performing a whole OS upgrade.

Can you provide a screenshot for this?

I believe this is just to update vmtools.

It's not a good suggestion, but if you really want to do this: you can modify default ISO image of VMware Tools (in the ESXi VMFS) and put a startup script that can start and run windows update in the guest OS, then you almost achieve your goal
