Updating Windows Vcenter server from 5.0U2 to 5.0U3

Hey Guys,

This is the first time i am doing this, therefore this question..


First question:

How would i update a windows vcenter server from 5.0U2 to U3? I can only find the full installation iso or zip file in the VMware website..


Second Question:

I have 2 vcenter servers (1 physical and 1 VM) with heartbeat clustering... What are the procedures?

First Question - Yes, just run the installer from the ISO or extract the zip and it will see that vCenter is already installed and ask you to upgrade.

Second Question - Are you using vCetner heartbeat ?

Yes. It is configured with VCenter heartbeat.
