Unable to upgrade / deploy 6.7

Current vCenter version : 6.5.0.10000

Current ESX version : VMware ESXi, 6.5.0, 5969303

I'm trying to use the vCenter 6.7 ISO to upgrade vCenter on my home lab. I tried from a macOS workstation out of the ESX server, and from a Windows VM in the lab as well, with the same result.

After roughly 30%, not always exactly at the same percentage, the progress bar stalls and this is visible in the logs :

Download the latest ISO again from the website.

As the build number mentioned in the error report is mismatching with the actual build.

Download VMware vSphere

Also confirm if this is a Appliance or a Windows vCenter Upgrade.

I don't have the solution, but doing the upgrade from a workstation on the same network did the trick.

I was doing it from another network that is just routed and that apparently doesn't work

This helped me. I was trying the same thing multiple times. Workstation or server that's deploying vCenter needs to be in the same subnet.
