Unable to start VMWARE Inventory Service due to in...

I put a ticket in with vmware support but its been over 24 hours and still haven't heard from them. I would like to knock this problem out tonight as I am trying to upgrade my vCenter.

When I ran the Migration Assistant for the vCenter upgrade the pre-check failed due to the inventory service not running. I went to start the inventory service and I got an error stating "The VMWare vCenter Inventory Service on the Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs". I tried resetting the Inventory Service Database which did not fix the problem.

I went into the Inventory Service wrapper.log and noticed the error in the log below. What do I have to do in order to fix this issue? According to the log this license has been expired since 2015. Is this something that VMWare has to renew for us or do I actually have to go to that sit and renew it myself? I would assume this license is packaged into our installer?
