Unable to connect to https://vCenterIp/mob url in vCenter 6.0

Hi all,

I am facing one problem while trying to connect with vCenter 6.0.

trying to connect with User as "root" with this user I am able to connect with vCenter Web Client but unable to connect to mob page URL https://vCenter 6.0 server Ip/ mob

but for vCenter 5.5 I am able to connect with web client and mob both by using root user.

here the question is in vCenter 6.0 how can I create a user which can access console and web client both? or how to give rights to root user which can access console and web client both.?

Can you use default user administrator@vsphere.local and see if it works.? I never faced such issue when used this user.
