Hi all, we are having some issues trying to register the vShield endpoint manager. We keep getting the following error message. (Error code: 619 vShield Manager Error Description:Not licensed.). We have looked at the licensing and is there. We have restarted the hostd and vpxa agents in the host. we also restarted the service VMware Component Manager in the Platform services controller server.

ESX 6.0 with VMware vSphere 6 Enterprise Plus Licensing that includes vShield Endpoint and vShield Zones
If anyone can direct us to the correct location of where we can find information will be greatly appreciated.
