Version 6.5 no longer has the Flex client listening on port 9443 like previous versions. Update your bookmarks.

Do you mean the actual vm console or the flash webclient? 9443 is still used for the web console, if its not working, was it before? If not you may want to check the firewall rules. Another option if you mean the vm console you can try the remote console, which uses a different port.

Using https://<VC>/ui and https://<vc>/vsphere-client we are able to access the VMRC and not the web console.

our vCenter server is also not launching using web client like https://<vc>:9443, where we are able to access using https://<fqdn>/vsphere-client.

unable to find where to check, How I can check the firewall rules, those rules from network team side or from vCenter we can do something.

Kindly suggest asap.

Are you still using the windows vcenter, if so did someone turn on the windows firewall when it was off. Outside of that it would be on the networking team to check if there is a firewall between you and the vcenter server. I know in one environment I manager we have those ports blocked on a network firewall, we prefer anyone using that environment to use the vmrc.

Thanks Jesse,

suspecting the same, to be verified by the network team. Also could you please let me know how to check the "Web-Client" lost restart time? in this case we verified the logs of vsphere-client (webclient). nothing found.

We are using "VCSA"

just checked the telnet to the VC <telnet vc name 9443> able to connect.
