Unable to access my ESX on the webclient

Hi  Guys :  I  just  add  a new  Evaluation  license  to  my Vcenter  and it  does not  allow  me   to  access  my  ESX  host  192.168.1.108

But  If  I  got  directly  to  Vsphere client  and   I  login  with  the  user name  and  Password  im  able  to  access my  VMS  ;

also  I have   another  ESX  host  as 192.168.1.107  im able  to  ping it  but  it  does not   allow  me  add it  as a new  host

Please  advise  for  a solution thanks.

Can you right click on the host and click reconnect?

Seems Host is Disconnected as you have added the license to your vCenter kindly go ahead and connect your host by right clicking and hit reconnect.
