I would to generated an alarm when a VM is migrated manually or by HA.
The alarm should be triggered in any situation (alert, warning, all ok etc).
There's an alarm template that I can follow ?

i am not aware of any template for that. But it can be accomplished through script. For HA failover you have defined alarm.
Ok but I'm not sure which conditions I have to select.
are you looking for a steps to configure the HA failover alarm ?
