Transfer license from a non working Vcenter server

 am a newbie in VMWare. my office has multiple VM installations. Since the ols admin left in a jiffy, I am stuck with some issues with VMware.   We have multiple Vcenter server and esxi hosts. Some of the Vcenter server is not connectable. How will I transfer license from my non-working Vcenter server to a new one

Just assign the license key to the new vCenter Server.
All you need to ensure to be compliant with the EULA is to ensure that you do not use more licenses than purchased.
