I can log in to the VC management interface, but the certificate management interface cannot be opened, and it prompts that the combination of credentials is invalid.

I tried to use IP/domain name/localhost and it showed the same content as the picture, so how can I find out the reason in this case.

I think, you should use “root” as username.

and fill in the “local root password” for this screen.

I have another window vc 6.5U2, the account and password of the vc management interface can be used to log in to the certificate management interface.
I have tried to restart the vc that cannot enter the certificate interface, but still can't solve it.
