Storage Management Service Alert

We have a vCenter appliance 5.5 , after I configured storage providers and restart the appliance it boots up with the following alerts:

I tried this KB:

VMware KB: vCenter Inventory Service fails to start in vCenter Server Appliance 5.x

The vCenter Inventory Service appeared to working fine but that was not true.
