You need to specify the IP of an ESXi host or vCenter (recommended it's an ESXi) where to deploy the new vCSA. From what it looks, the IP you put it there it's an Windows Server. Am I correct?

As you can also see in the screenshot provided by you, you need to specify the IP of the ESXi or vCenter where you want to deploy the vCSA.

The IP you put it there it's from an windows machine.

Years later, still having problems with the VMware installers using proxy settings resulting in a frustrating error - I just checked my credentials to both vCenter and the specific ESXi host in a browser, why does the installer fail (note - browser with proxy enabled worked) fail from a fat installer?  It certainly feels like some lazy coding.

Solution for "A problem occurred while logging in. Verify the connection details" - disable proxy in Windows.
