Slow network speed / file transfer between two VMs on same host after update to 7.0 U2a / KB5007206

Has anyone seen this? Looked through known issues and found nothing that pertains to environment.

We have file transfer speeds of around 20Mb/s between two Windows VMs. We have duplicated this with multiple sets of VMs as well. 

Looking to confirm this issue is a result of 7U2a if possible. Any help is appreciated.

Did you already check the network speed/throughput itself, without the storage involved (using e.g. iperf)?

Storage is checked and fine. We have not done an iperf test. Thinking a windows update has caused this now. Potentially KB5007206
