Setting up vmware vSphere 6.5 Update Manager via Webclient

I'm planning to get setup Vmware vSphere 6.5 (VCSA) update manager.

It's VCSA.

Do I need windows server?

Can I get step-by-step instruction?

Please advise! or what's best practice?

No, it's embedded in the vCSA. There is nothing else to install.
