Setting up VSAN VDS add host list empty

Hello My Vcenter license is version 6 standard

and my esxi host license is version 6 enterprise plus

I create the cluster in my datacenter and I create the Distributed Switch in the cluster however when I try to add hosts the list is empty.

I have a host added to the cluster and all licenses are there, however I cant seem to add them into the VDS any ideas, why it  would be empty?
