I am trying to install vCenter on Server 2012 R2 and I am having absolutely no luck. I've tried using sql 2008 and then when that didn't work tried with 2012. Same "error". I put it in quotes because I don't actually get an error, the installer just freezes. It freezes every single time at "Installing Directory Services".
I have tried in a workgroup, same issue.
Joined a domain and tried again. Same issue.
I can't seem to figure it out at all. If anyone can point me in the right direction or has seen this issue please help. I have googled for hours and can't seem to find anyone who has this problem.
