SSO user without administrative right even added ?

Hi,

I have created one more SSO user with administrator right (administrator@System-Domain) under (admin@System-Domain).

After logon with new user "administrator@System-Domain" still without administrator authority.

Refer to attachment, I have added "administrator", but it not allow to configure like SSO user.

Please advice.

Just to confirm, did you add the newly created user to the Administrators group?
