SSO SSL Cert

I have been asked to replace the default ssl cert in vCenter.  I found an article and have been following it, but one of the steps says to use the WebClient.  The customer does not want to install the WebClient compont.  I can not seem to find the same options in the vSphere Clinet.  Can someone point me in the right direction please?

This is what it says I have to do:

  1. Log into the vSphere Web Client as admin@system-domain.
  2. Navigate to Administration > Sign-On and  Discovery > Configuration, then click the  STS Certificate tab.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click Browse.
  5. Navigate to the SSO Security Directory and select  root-trust.jks. By default, this directory is located at:

Thanks so much for any help!!
