SSO Configuration option disappeared after upgrade from 5.5 to 5.5.0b

After an upgrade from vSphere 5.5 to vSphere 5.5.0b Build 1441077 SSO configuration is disappeared from web-client Access Control menu when using administrator@vsphere.local account

We have no any other user with Sphere SSO Administrator account

Upgrade was completed without any errors and etc.

Do you have Any AD configured? If yes, login with AD user and see if its present.

Or login using the Local Administrator account and see if its present?

Logged in with AD user no Configuration option - exactly  same as vsphere.local

Can not login with local administrator account with error: Provided credentials are not valid

Is it an appliance? If yes, Can you login and try with root user?

Not appliance, it is Windows 2008 R2 Virtual Machine
