We have to concentrate two things here to implement SRM

1. Design of the SRM is important

     - What replication you require - Vsphere replication or SAN based replication

     - What are VMs you are going to replicate

     - What is the recovery level you require

     - From how many sites you replicate to replication site

2. Installation part, you have to go through the installation and configuration file
