I can not create Protected Groups with Array Based Replication. Is it mandatory to create "Storage Policies"?

The problem was setting up replication in storage. But after creating the Protection Group the warning is displayed. (Attached).

Is there any further details in the logs or on the VM in the client as to why there is a warning?
