Hi,
I'm looking to configure SNMP traps from both vCenter Server 5.5 and vCenter Server Appliance 6, but I'm unsure about MIB file compatibility.
I've downloaded both the 5.5 and 6.5 zipped MIB bundles from the VMware site, but my question is this: If I install just the 6.5 MIB files, will they be able to understand the 5.5 traps?
Any advice much appreciated.
